A  yoga spine should extend like the majestic saguaro cactus with a long,and elegant spine.

The saguaro thrives in intense heat and miniscule rainfall of the Sonoran desert. A saguaro first blooms  at 35, begins growing arms at 50-75 years, and lives an average of 125-150 years. Giving all yogis hope and inspiration.


Yoga Saguaro welcomes all ages, sizes, shapes, and colors to experience the wonderful 5,000 year old tradition of  yoga at a cozy home studio. Streghthen, stretch, unwind,destress, relax, and revitalize.

Enjoy Hatha Yoga for beginner and intermediate students near the artist village of Tubac, Arizona.

In order to support his passion of teaching yoga, Rich Roth, owner and instructor of "Yoga Saguaro", is actively working as a vendor (his father Henry calls it being a "peddler") at area farmer's markets.  Rich peddles or represents three or four quality, unique, Arizona products that he loves and are excellant values.

 

Market Locations are:

 

*Thursday-- Sierra Vista Farmer's Market, Sierra Vista, 12-4 p.m.

**Third Thurday of every month, Tubac Farmer's Market. 4--7 p.m.

***Saturday--Rincon Institute on Old Spanish Trail, Tucson, 8-12

****Sunday--St. Phillip's Farmer's Market, Tucson, 8-12
