A yogi's spine should extend like the trunk of the saguaro cactus with a long, extended, and elegant spine.
The saguaro thrives in intense heat and miniscule rainfall of the Sonoran desert. A saguaro first blooms around 35, begins growing arms at 50-75 years, and lives an average of 125-150 years. Giving all yogis hope and inspiration.
Yoga Saguaro welcomes all ages, sizes, shapes, and colors to experience the wonderful 5,000 year old tradition of yoga at a cozy home studio. Streghthen, stretch, unwind, destress, relax, and revitalize.

PONDER THIS
"Beware of the evil Ides of March", as Caesar was warned long ago. 'March winds bring April showers, bring May flowers'. One reaps what is sown. The winds of March are unsettling bringing unrest and change. Early settlers on the US western plains were sometimes driven mad by the incessant wind. Yet hope springs eternal in the hearts of men for April showers and May flowers . Of course all this somewhat depends where you are located in the universe on this planet Earth.
A clear focus during Spring is to accept the winds of change as Summer is on the way,no matter what we do. Winds can upset our plans, allergies can make one feel miserable, yet with balance and inner harmony we can learn to adapt to the gusts and gales. We do have a clear choice to be rigid, brittle,unbending, or flexible, bendable, and adaptable. The stiff trees rarely survive a strom, whereas the flexible, fluid tree often lasts thru the most intense storm and bounces back to previous form rather quickly.
